Last updated June 2026

This policy explains what personal data Bridal Loop collects, why, and your rights over it.

Data we collect

Account details (name, email), listings and orders you create, messages, addresses for shipping, and payment metadata processed by our payment provider (we never store full card numbers). We also collect usage/analytics data to improve the service.

How we use it

To operate the marketplace, process orders and payouts, prevent fraud, provide support, and — with your consent — send marketing. Payments and identity verification are handled by Stripe; shipping by our carrier partners.

Legal bases (GDPR)

Contract (to provide the service), legitimate interests (security, improvement), consent (marketing, non-essential cookies), and legal obligation (tax/records).

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data. Use your profileto export a copy of your data or delete your account. EU/UK users may also object to processing or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal (e.g. tax) obligations. On deletion we anonymize your account and remove personal data, retaining minimal transaction records required by law.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep you signed in; non-essential (analytics/marketing) cookies are used only with your consent. You can change your choice at any time.
