Welcome to Bridal Loop. By creating an account or using the marketplace you agree to these Terms. Bridal Loop is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of pre-owned and sample wedding dresses; we are not the seller of items listed by users.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for activity on your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to transact.

Listings & selling

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, lawful ownership of items, and shipping sold items promptly. Prohibited, counterfeit, or misrepresented items may be removed.

Buying & Buyer Protection

Payments are held securely until delivery is confirmed under our Buyer Protection policy. Fees, including any service fee, are shown at checkout.

Prohibited conduct

No fraud, off-platform payment circumvention, harassment, or unlawful use. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Bridal Loop’s liability is limited. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use constitutes acceptance. See also our Privacy Policy and Copyright Policy.
