How it works

1. You pay securely — your payment is held, not released to the seller yet.
2. The seller ships — with tracking you can follow.
3. You receive & confirm — a protection window opens on delivery. Confirm it’s as described, or open a dispute.
4. Seller gets paid — funds are released only after the window closes or you confirm.

If something’s wrong

Open a dispute during the protection window if the item isn’t as described or didn’t arrive. Our team reviews the evidence and can issue a refund.
